The Corporation of Trustees of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane auspice the Caboolture Catholic Parish - Caboolture Centacare Services - to deliver aged care and disabilities services in the Caboolture and Kilcoy Shires with some variations in geographic boundaries.

These programs are Home Assist / Secure funded by Housing Qld under their guidelines to provide a home maintenance and home secure program. HACC Home Maintenance, Community Transport and Social Support to provide home maintenence and home modification, community transport and social support services under the HACC national guidelines. Disability Program offers services to people with disabilities and their families / carers.

Caboolture Centacare Services will support people in a caring way to live inter-dependently in the environment of their own choice and to live life abundantly.

This will be achieved by:

  • providing quality, effective services that work collaboratively with other organisations and agencies to assist in the development of a strong caring community, and

  • it will respect their dignity, supporting their independence; and
